2011 - 2012: Implementation of data management system at Aarhus university

2007 - 2011: Flexpicker automation of in line handling of different products with various packaging machines (Dijkstra Vereenigde & Langenpac)

2010 - 2011: Robot automation welding line for structural steel (Australia)

• 2 x IRB 6640 sharing the same track and using IRC5 controllers including safemove

• Offline programming with RinasWeld

• Combination of MIG and Sub Merge Arc welding

2010: Finalizing (robot) automation of welding gantries with RinasWeld software at Fincantieri Monfalcone (Italy)

• 4 x IRB 2400 with multiple external axis and using IRC5 controllers

• Offline programming with RinasWeld

2010: RinasWeld version for University of Wollongong (Australia)

• 1 x IRB 4400 on a track with IRC5 controller

• Offline programming with RinasWeld

 

XYZ Motion activities: on behalf for main contractor, responsible for preparing and testing RinasWeld version and provided set-up of system modules for robot. Also provided RinasWeld training.

2009 - 2010: Feasibility study RinasWeld for panel line at BAE Glasgow

 

XYZ Motion activities: on behalf for main contractor executed study, made detailed report and presented results.

2009: Robot automation for welding double hull sections with RinasWeld at Aker Philadelphia Shipyard (USA)

• 2 x IRB 140 with multiple external axis and using S4 controllers

• Offline programming with RinasWeld
